Well I needed a place to post up some stuff that I wanted to share with people and here it is. I guess I'm bloggin' now.
This first post was started to share my current training program.
Current program Timaru Strength ( a mix of - Korte for bench. Magnusson/Ortmayer for deadlifts. Linear Squats. with some assistance lifts thrown in). The assistance lifts are to help out with shoulder development since I was able to screw my shoulder up with bad form on the bench press. Its coming back right but it hasn't been easy.
